Common questions
Questions about family services in Dumaguete area
How the directory works, what we check and what you should confirm directly.
Which parts of Dumaguete area are covered?
The location filters cover Dumaguete City, Valencia, Sibulan, Bacong and Dauin, Elsewhere in Negros Oriental. They are research areas rather than strict service boundaries, so confirm the exact address or coverage with each provider.
Why is the directory organised by area?
A provider can look ideal but still create an impractical school-day journey. Area filters help families compare services alongside likely home, school and work locations before making enquiries.
How does SettleHappy check a listing?
We record the official sources used for core details and show when the information was last checked. We still ask families to confirm current availability, prices, terms, qualifications and suitability directly.
Can a provider serve more than one location?
Yes. A listing can show local, multi-location or countrywide coverage when that reach can be supported by current public information. We keep the location wording specific enough to remain useful.
Can a local provider ask to be included?
Yes. Providers can introduce their service through the short enquiry form. Free standard listings are selected editorially; sponsored listings offer clearly labelled additional visibility but cannot buy a recommendation.
