Is the worked budget an average?

How should we handle exchange-rate changes?
Keep every contract in its billing currency, convert it to pounds using a dated reference rate, and rerun the budget with a weaker pound. Never discard the local-currency figure after making a GBP estimate.

Why is the school range so high?
Vietnam has both more accessible programmes and premium international schools charging substantial tuition plus first-year fees. UNIS Hanoi, BVIS HCMC and Singapore International School Da Nang illustrate different cities and fee structures rather than a single national price.
Should we use local-school prices in our budget?
Only if your child is genuinely eligible, the language and curriculum work, and the place has been confirmed. Do not use a theoretical low fee to make the relocation budget pass.
