Prove the Malaysian week before adding Singapore.

Escalation
Some specialist care may go to Kuala Lumpur or Singapore, but border formalities, receiving-hospital acceptance, payment and insurer territory still apply. Singapore should not be the default response to a time-critical emergency without a clinically agreed route.
