A directory designed around the family decision
Provider names are only helpful when you can place them inside a realistic home, school, healthcare and transport plan.
- 1
Choose the city
Start with a city that already fits the family's visa, school, budget and healthcare needs.
- 2
Narrow the area
Use neighbourhood filters to avoid building a shortlist around unworkable daily journeys.
- 3
Confirm directly
Check current places, prices, hours and suitability with the provider before paying.

Clear about sponsorship
Two listing types, one basic standard
Sponsorship changes presentation and position. It does not change what we expect from a provider or what we tell families.
Independently selected
Standard listing
A concise factual listing selected by SettleHappy for its relevance to families.
- Provider name and location
- Concise SettleHappy-written summary
- Relevant category and age range where available
- Website or enquiry link
Clearly labelled
Sponsored listing
A clearly labelled placement with additional visibility and a fuller factual profile.
- Placement in the separate sponsored section
- SettleHappy-written extended profile
- Family fit snapshot with key comparison details
- Approved logo and up to three approved images
Standard listings are free. Sponsored listings pay for additional visibility and are always identified before the provider description or link.
For family-focused organisations
Offer a useful service in one of our destinations?
Tell us where you operate, who you help and where families can check the current details. Submission does not guarantee inclusion, but relevant providers are welcome to introduce themselves.
Common questions
How the family-services directory works
The difference between being listed, being sponsored and being personally recommended.
Does a SettleHappy listing mean you recommend the provider?
No. The directory gives families a practical starting point for their own research. We check the published information used in a listing, but we do not promise that a service will suit a particular child or family. Confirm current details and ask your own questions before booking or paying.
What is the difference between a standard and sponsored listing?
Standard listings are free and selected for their relevance to families. Sponsored listings pay for additional visibility and a fuller presentation. They are clearly labelled, remain subject to the same basic inclusion requirements and cannot buy a recommendation or influence a SettleHappy destination score.
How recently are provider details checked?
Every provider card shows the date on which its key information was last checked. Prices, places, hours and availability can still change after that date, so explore the provider's own website and confirm important details before making a decision.
Can I report an incorrect listing?
Yes. Each provider card includes a direct update link. Tell us which detail appears wrong and include a current official source where possible. We will review important corrections and pause a listing when something significant cannot be resolved.
Can a business ask to be included?
Yes. A relevant provider can send its location, service details and official website through our provider enquiry page. Submission does not guarantee inclusion, and sponsored space is offered only after the same initial relevance and accuracy review.
