Does submitting the form guarantee a listing?
No. We review the organisation's location, family relevance and current public information first. A free standard listing is selected editorially, while sponsored availability also depends on the limited space within the relevant city and category.
What is the difference between a standard and sponsored listing?
A standard listing is a concise, factual entry selected by SettleHappy and included free of charge. A sponsored listing pays for additional visibility and a fuller presentation, and is clearly labelled before the provider description or link. Neither route buys a recommendation.
How much does a sponsored listing cost?
The current programme price is $49 a month or $399 a year, plus any tax that applies. We confirm the exact publication dates and final amount in writing before payment. Sponsorship does not renew automatically by default.
What information do you need initially?
Only a business contact name and email, the organisation name, a public website, its city and area, the closest service category and a short factual description. Please do not send photographs, formal documents or children's information with the first enquiry.
Can we supply our own description and photographs?
You can supply factual information and approved assets after the initial review. SettleHappy writes and edits the final listing in its own friendly, factual style. Before any image is used, the provider must confirm it owns or can authorise the asset and has the necessary permission for any identifiable person shown.
Will you promise traffic, enquiries or search-ranking benefits?
No. Sponsorship pays for clearly identified visibility on SettleHappy. We do not guarantee page views, clicks, leads, bookings, search rankings or followed backlinks.
Can a listing cover several cities or service categories?
Possibly, when the organisation genuinely operates in each place or category and the information is useful to families. We keep listings specific enough to remain helpful, and sponsored availability is considered separately for each city and category.
Can we correct information after publication?
Yes. Important factual corrections are reviewed whenever they are received. An active sponsored listing also includes one reasonable factual update during its agreed period. SettleHappy keeps final editorial control and will not publish unsupported claims.
