Tebrau / eastern JB
May suit: Eastern workplaces, large residential/retail catchments and families whose school remains east or central.

- Run the western-school and border routes before accepting a larger or cheaper home.

Iskandar Puteri has purpose-built international-school depth. Marlborough College Malaysia and Raffles American School both publish 2026/27 charges, but tuition is only one layer: add application/registration, acceptance or enrolment, deposits, transport, meals, activities and boarding where relevant.

How long should a family try the city before signing a lease?
